I ended up replacing the roof afterall with the new contractor and we worked out a great deal for a roof. I then used the new contractor and his team for other work in my home and have recommended them a dozen times.
He told.me that he couldn't guarantee in the beginning that the leak would stop, and he wanted to charge me more money to come back out.
After several emails and phone calls to follow up, I finally gave up. He never responded.
Kevin and his crew were very professional. From the pricing to the scheduling and completion of the work, we were so happy with our new roof, siding and gutters. Have already recommended to several friends/family and will continue to do so.
Never showed up as scheduled, never returned calls.
So we paid him to come out and repair the above areas and seal the leak. I knew it wouldn't be a permanent solution, but I hoped it would be a good enough fix to get me through fall and winter last year.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. He is deceiving, dishonest, and will take your money and not return calls or emails.
I told him that was not acceptable and he said he would have his crew come out try once again.
We had Kevin out and he took pictures of some mossing shingles on the roof and claims he found the spot in question due to some missing chimney flashing.
I hired him to patch two spots in my roof. I know I needed a new roof, but as a young first-time home owner, replacing a roof was not on the cards.
I was in the process of getting ready to list my house for sale and I wanted to let buyers know that yes the roof does need replacing but it's been patched and should be good for awhile. We even worked out a deal with Kevin should a buyer want it replaced, they could use him and we would pay half.

Extremely happy with the new roof installed by Kevin and his crew. All work was done in one day and everthing he said he would do was done with great results.
I'm no expert, but when a contractor says he spent a few hours going along the whole front of the roof and "tested" it, and no leaks, you believe what they say.
I immediately called Kevin to let him know that the leak was not fixed and that I need him to come out and refix it.
Well long story short, I don't think Kevin ever showed up. He came on a Tuesday and on a Friday it rained..and the leak continued.
